Our equipment
Our quality control laboratory is composed of a chemical unit and a microbiological unit. It performs strict controls on raw materials, during the manufacturing process and on end products. It is equipped with the most advanced instrumentation. Our equipment includes:
- Light scattering particle size analyzer
- NIR Spectrophotometer
- HPLC – DAD
- Karl Fischer titrator
- Millipore – Milliflex Filtration System
- TOC Analyzer
- In addition, the quality control laboratory provides:
- validation of manufacturing process and DMF
- development and validation of chemical, chemical-physical and microbiological analytical methods
- technical-analytical support to the R&D Laboratory
These services are being expanded thanks to the implementation of a new specific analytical R&D Laboratory.
